Started taking this tincture daily and I can’t begin to tell you how amazing it is. I feel mental clarity as well as an overall sense of ease everyday that I take it. It has become part of my morning ritual. It does also help with aches and pains but I think the greatest improvement for me has been the mental clarity. I often struggled with having too many thoughts running through my brain and feeling so overwhelmed. This tincture helped me to focus more and become more efficient at being an employee and a mother.
